The venue office is usually located at the main entrance to the event.

You will need to show the debit or credit card used to place the order and booking reference number for identification purposes when collecting your tickets.

Where can I read the DPlus Events terms & conditions?

Please click here to read the Terms & Conditions which customers must agree to when using the site and purchasing from DPlus Events.

Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets?

DPlus Events regrets that tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred in any way unless the event has been cancelled.

If a booking is supposed to exchange or transfer to another person, details should be notified to DPlus 7 days prior to the event and share the contact details of the new owner.

If your query remains unanswered, please send us an email to admin@dplusevents.lk

What should I do if I don’t receive a booking confirmation email?

Booking confirmation emails typically arrive within about 30 minutes, but sometimes take longer depending which email provider you use.

Please check your Spam, Trash, Junk or Bulk email folders for the booking confirmation email. Some email providers occasionally incorrectly divert legitimate emails to these folders.

If you have not received a booking confirmation email, please call our Hotline or send us an email to admin@dplusevents.lk to request a resend of your booking confirmation email. Please include your booking confirmation number, contact details and clearly state your query.

How can I tell that my order for tickets has been successfully placed?

It is important to be clear whether your order for tickets has been successfully placed.

This can be done by checking that:

– the page showing the message “Confirming Your Order” or similar is no longer displayed.

– the page showing the message “Your booking reference number is…” or similar followed by a ………. character code is displayed. No error message is shown on the page.

You should write down your booking reference number immediately after placing the order.

You should also receive a booking confirmation text message/ email containing your booking code within a short time, although these can sometimes be delayed or not received at all, for example, if you typed in the wrong email address.

If no booking confirmation number is displayed or an error message is displayed, then you have not successfully ordered tickets.

If you encounter repeated problems while ordering and are still not clear whether you have ordered successfully or not, do not submit multiple orders. Please send us an email to admin@dplusevents.lk  Please include your contact details and clearly state your query.

What should I do if my tickets are lost, stolen or destroyed?

Tickets are valuable items – please take care of them as if they were cash.

Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed unless you show your verified booking mobile text or e-mail.

It may be possible to replace reserved seating tickets (i.e. where your seat has been assigned when booking and a row and seat number are shown). Please call our Hotline or send us an email to admin@dplusevents.lk  to inform us that your reserved seating tickets have been lost, stolen or destroyed. Please include your booking confirmation number, contact details, the details to be corrected and clearly state your query.

What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?

From time to time, events are cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, venue or authorities.

Should this happen, DPlus Events will try to contact you as early as possible by calls, e-mail, with the contact details you have provided at the time of booking. In the case of a cancelled event, DPlus Events will do a communication and you may proceed with refunding.

If an event is rescheduled, you will be informed of the new date / venue once it is confirmed. You can then attend the rescheduled event with your valid tickets already purchased.

Please note that tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchange unless the event is either cancelled or the refund request not sent within given time period.

What is my booking reference number?

Once you have successfully placed your order, the DPlus Events website displays a message, share an email or a text message confirming the order and shows your booking reference number.

The booking reference number is ……………characters long and may contain both numbers and letters, for example: “64FX2”

This booking reference number uniquely identifies your order and you should always quote it if contacting DPlus Events by email or telephone for customer support.

What credit / debit cards do you accept?

You can pay for tickets using Visa, Mastercard, Credit Cards  for tickets priced in LKR or USD.

DPlus Events does not add an extra charge for paying by credit or debit card.

You can also pay for tickets with cash at any of the shops in the DPlus Events retail network on Venue Office Ticketing Counter.

How do I receive my tickets?

At the time of booking will be asked to choose to receive your tickets by one of the following delivery methods, not all of which may be available for a particular event:

– Printed Tickets purchased right away from the retail shops

Can I buy tickets on behalf of a friend or family member?

You can order tickets on behalf of a friend, family member or someone else using your debit / credit card provided you follow these two standards DPlus Events rules which are relevant in this case:

– If you have selected Doorstep delivery or Courier of the tickets, you must get them delivered to your debit / credit card billing address. Once the tickets are delivered to you, you can then give them to the other person when you next meet or send them by registered post at your own risk.

– If you want to gift the tickets, you must contact DPlus Events to change the name on the ticket so the tickets are recorded under the other person’s name rather than your name.

Why do I get an error when I type in my credit card number or place my order?

Nearly all credit card errors result from two simple causes:

– typing in your credit card number or other related information incorrectly.

– your bank refusing to authorize payment on your credit card, for example because your card has been blocked, credit limit reached etc.

Please double check you have entered all credit your card information correctly and your card status with your bank before contacting tickets.ie regarding payment errors.

Should you have any query about a purchase done with DPlus Events on your card statement, please call out Hotline or send us an email to admin@dplusevents.lk . Please include your booking confirmation number, contact details and clearly state your query.
